Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be free from stains, damage, or tears
- Be in its original condition
- Include original tags and packaging (if applicable)
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping/postage costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Vintage Attire is not responsible for lost return parcels.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns for items that:
- Have been worn or washed
- Are damaged after delivery
- Are not in original condition
